The Dubliners Experience is made up of James Gallagher, Niall Connaire, Anthony Rooney and Jeremy Jenknson. All supremely talented musicians with a deep love and passion for the Music of the Dubliners. The Dubliners Experience want to bring their love for the music and stories of the legendary Dubliners to you.

James Gallagher

Vocals & Banjo

One of Irelands greatest living folk/ballad singers. When standing on stage with his long neck 5 string banjo in full song its hard not to be amazed by the power and dedication he gives to the songs of his native country, James has got to be seen to be believed.

Niall Connaire

Fiddle

Niall is a Galway based multi-instrumentalist from both a classical and traditional background. After completing his Bus degree in Cork School of Music he joined the Dubliners Experience in 2019 and aims to replicate the only living original Dubliners member, maestro John Sheehan’s sound while adding his own unique style to the band.

Anthony Rooney

Vocals & Guitar

Dublin man Anthony Rooney’s voice fulfils the balladeer’s role with natural ease. From a family full of music he has honed his craft for many years, his voice resonating with a character and rawness born of a deep understanding of the tradition and stories he sings.

Jeremy Jenknson

Vocals, Guitar & Whistles

A powerful folk singer, multi-instrumentalist and wind player, Jeremy consistently gives a passionate, energetic and exciting performance, who also enjoys nothing better then sharing a story or a joke or two with the audience.

Stephen Brehony

Banjo

Stephen is our gifted tenor Banjo player and hails from Donegal Town, Ireland. Stephen grew up in a family steeped in traditional Irish music. As a child his father taught him how to play the fiddle , banjo, tin whistle and guitar. Stephen has perfected his craft by busking on the streets, performing in venues and theatres all over Europewith an eclectic collection of musicians over the years.
